Three people have now been charged with the possession and supply of the illegal drug PMA after raids on Sydney's northern beaches.

An eighteen year old woman was arrested at a Warringah Road, Dee Why house earlier this month after police came to talk to her about an alleged home invasion.

Officers allegedly found 16 tablets believed to be MDMA (ecstasy) and a bag of pink powder believed to be PMA, or Para-methoxyamphetamine, a highly toxic and potentially lethal amphetamine which has previously been passed off as ecstasy.

The woman is due to face Manly Local Court today.

Two others already charged over an alleged PMA find last year are due to re-appear in court next month.

A 26 year old woman and a 31 year old man will face Manly Local Court on March 5 and March 12 respectively.

A search warrant executed on November 22 on their Darley Street, Mona Vale home allegedly uncovered MDMA tablets, cannabis and a small quantity of amphetamines believed to be PMA.
