A teenage girl and a woman have been charged over the stabbing of a girl at Bonnyrigg in Sydney's south-west yesterday afternoon.
A 16 year old girl and 19 year old woman were arrested around 10.30pm last night after Fairfield Police executed a search warrant at a home on Cartier Crescent at Green Valley.
The 16 year old has been charged with being armed with intent to commit an indictable offence and affray.
She has been granted strict conditional bail to appear at Campbelltown Children’s Court on April 21.
The 19 year old has been refused bail to appear at Liverpool Local Court today charged with wounding a person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and affray.
Police said a 17 year old teenager received a number of stab wounds to her chest during a fight with a number of girls on Cabramatta Road around 3.30pm yesterday.
She underwent surgery at Liverpool Hospital last night and is listed as being in a critical condition.
