Police have released the name of a man who drowned in a stormwater drain during flash flooding in the Brisbane suburb of Capalaba yesterday.
Toby Anthony Munro, 18, of Capalaba, died when his foot became stuck in a grate and he was unable to escape the rapidly rising water.
It's believed he was in the drain body-surfing with friends. |
